Vanessa Morandell

Vanessa Morandell is an Italian-Austrian dance artist, born in Bolzano, a small town within the Italian alps. She studied Contemporary and Urban dance at the Höhere Fachschule für Zeitgenössischen und Urbanen Bühnentanz (HFZUB) in Zurich. By fusing diverse dance techniques with theatrical elements, she creates an individual movement language that is full of expression, dynamics and physicality. She wants to touch dance connoisseurs aswell as novices and say out loud what goes beyond language. She is currently working as a freelance dancer, creating performances and shows for theaters and events.
